The fact is that the BDS panel is different from the Mediabase one, less radio stations are included, therefore it could still reach #1 there and on Billboard but #2 on Mediabase. That's called having 2 split #1s and it happens a lot on Hot Country Songs.

They even put some kind of random song in power rotation who left the top 50 long time ago

And they aren't even playing her a lot anymore. 2 spins after 10 hours. Seems like she's gonna get -10 spins from them.
