No way! "Love Don't Cost A Thing" is not even a signature song of hers.
"Waiting For Tonight" is a timeless work of art and probably her most critically acclaimed song of her entire discography. It was also nominated for a Grammy, and won several awards. I don't know anyone who doesn't know, doesn't recognize, or doesn't remember that song. It was the "millenium song" for christ sakes!
Her other signatures are, "If You Had My Love", "Let's Get Loud", "Jenny From The Block", & the most recent "On The Floor".
Anyone discrediting these tracks as forgettable hits are either WAY too young to remember them or are just hating hard as hell.
