The background is tacky, so remove it.
Make it a transparent PNG.
Reorder those layers. The Barb layer should be on top of the ATRL layer.
Reduce the opacity of that drop shadow. And add it to the Barb and Award layers.
Change the font of the date. It's a BIT tacky.
