I'm officially a flop stan and should be banned from Base.

Kelly is in town today (And by that, I mean 45 minutes away in Mansfield) and I am not attending her concert. This is the first time in 10 years that I have missed her when she's in my state. I didn't win a M&G and I don't want to sit through The Flops so I didn't get tickets for an hour long KC set when I already saw the Stronger tour twice this year. I feel disgusted with myself. Don't even know who I am anymore.

Haha, it wasn't even the cash that was the issue. It was more that no one really expressed interest in going with me because they came to the Stronger tour and nobody likes The Fray. It's like a 45 min to an hour ride which isn't bad, but Country Fest is also right around the corner from there and coincidentally this happened last time Kelly performed at this venue. I remember it took me 4 hours to get home that night because both concerts let out at the same time and I was NAWT willing to do that again since Kelly only has like an hour long set. Also, my b-day is Tuesday and my friends wanted to celebrate with some drunken debauchery tonight. So, I chose that

It's sad. if it were just the queen, I'd go. Even worse is that Kelly is opening the show tonight I think. I cannot have my friends thinking she is some kind of opening act for such a flop band.

Lord....some of y'all make me not want to be a Kelly stan sometimes. It's like, we hear some news of Kelly collaborating with Blake for example or that Train wants to collaborate with her, and you already start looking at the negative stuff. It's like be happy other fellow celebrities consider her to be one of the greatest voices of this generation. Other singers would kill to get that recognition, we should be happy for her.
