My receipts : http://www.abpd.org.br/certificados_interna.asp type in Britney spears and you will see all Gold albums. Femme Fatale hasn't been certified yet so I think FF going platinum there is yet another myth the Britbots created.

And if you check the Femme Fatale tour receipts of Britney in Brazil, they're kind of poor... especially when you compare them to Bey's or Gaga's up-and-coming Brazil tour receipts. She's just not that popular in Brazil (or Japan) which really affected her numbers.

It's pointless to compare album sales from the late 90s/early 00s to current album sales when there's been a 60% decline in overall sales. Of course Britney has sold more than Gaga.
