not in every country did it chart seperately. In most it charted as a re release so it shared the same PEAK.
The Fame didn't go #1 in a lot of countries, so I don't think it would make a big difference if The Fame and The Fame Monster were counted together or separately, right?
The Fame and The Fame Monster went #1 at different times. Thus if The Fame went #1 a year later when The Fame Monster went #1, it obviously goes to TFM because that's why the sales were coming in the first place.
