As an Avril Lavigne stan you should be happy because Japan really helped out Avril. If I did only #1s, then that wouldn't have benefitted Avril as much.
Like I said, Brazil was very messy and I didn't really understand the Japanese receipts. But since I really wanted a Southern-American country and an Asian country in the countdown, I decided to do it like this. Besides, it's only 2 out of 22 countries so deal.
