She isn't credited on the song anymore, Billboard doesn't count it.

COULD 'NEVER' TOP THE HOT 100?
After entering the Billboard Hot 100 at No. 72 last week, "Never" could rocket to No. 1 this week following its first sales frame and first full week of airplay. With its projected digital sales of 600,000 or more, and building airplay ("Never" bowed at No. 25 on Radio Songs last week with 40 million in audience, according to BDS, after less than two full days of airplay), the song should soar to the Hot 100's top five, at least.

i like how they are carefully wording this
back in the day, they used to tell us who would hit #1 (they did it for WRWWR and BTW back in '10 and '11).

*** No. 1 *** "Over" Blake Shelton
Blake Shelton scores his 12th No. 1 on Country Songs as "Over" lifts 4-1. It's his seventh straight No. 1 single promoted to country radio.
I'm no fan of this song, but still congrats next week it's PONTOON's turn, multiple weeks leader coming

"Payphone" will be losing the battle to the follow up single "One More Night" which has been gaining very well in radio and in sales and sits at #15 (jumping 15 spots from the previous week). Please Girl, mark my words: 2 weeks for "Payphone" and it's out of the Top 10. We already know Taylor Swift will be in the Top 10 now & Justin Bieber has had the biggest gain in streaming & sales compared to "Payphone". Agreed, "Good Time" was a far stretch but it's been gaining in radio all week & it has stayed decent with sales, especially since it has been featured in EVERY game of the Little League World Series lol
2 weeks. No more. No less. No T. No shade.

what i meant to say was -- they've been very careful about forecasting #1 debuts before announcing the top ten as of late (i.e. PoM, Boyfriend, WANEGBT).
in january 2011, they pretty much expected Britney to debut at #1 just two days before the official announcement, whereas today, they are carefully wording their article by saying that Taylor could debut in the top 5.

"Hold It Against Me" is likely to make further historic headlines this week when it's expected to become just the 18th song to debut at No. 1 since the Billboard Hot 100 began in 1958. As previously reported, the song is projected to exceed 400,000 in first-week download sales, according to industry sources.

Taylor has #1 on lock, unless billboard pulls some random ****. When you compare Taylor to Bieber, Taylor beats him in both Sales and Airplay for the week. Also the current #1 song has overall less points this time. We Are Young had at least 1M in streaming, over 100M on airplay, and around 300K in sales. While Whistle only has 800K in streaming, 70-75M on airplay, and a little more than 200K in sales.
So not only does Taylor's numbers look better than Beibers, but the current #1 song doesn't have as many points to compete against Taylor with. I honestly will be shocked if Whistle is #1 tomorrow

Over 360k and streaming of close to 1.2 million. FUN in sales alone is pretty close to what Whistle will have in total.
