Did she ever disappoint us with ha lead single? Not think it will change this upcoming era
Not going to lie...I was disappointed at first with Russian Roulette. I was ready for a coocha popper and I got a ballad. Learned to love it but was still like meh at first

This. It wasn't until I heard all of Rated R that I started to appreciate it.
You know what, I miss the Rated R era. It was messy but fun.
Only 2 of Rihanna's lead singles didn't go no. 1. Russian Roulette and PDR.
While I like RR, it should've stayed as an album gem. I still don't understand why it was chosen as the lead single. Everyone was waiting for her chris brown response song but she chose a song about suicide. Fire bomb should've been the lead single. The rest of the single choices could've gon as she released although I would've prefered WYT as an official single over Hard.
She literally changes with every album. TTT was nothing like LOUD, LOUD was nothing like Rated R, Rated R was nothing like GGGB, GGGB was nothing like Music of a Girl Like Me. What or who is she going to be next?

I just want good vibes on this next album, IDC about themes for the most part. But, I need alot of connection between the songs and I hope she turns down the sexual side a tad bit.
I'm here for a fun, dancey album, I don't think Loud accomplished that.
