Yes because of the clear channel deal she received a heavy amount of airplay from stations that are monitored by both billboard and mediabase causeing less of a difference between the two in airplay so while most songs have their airplay on billboard be 60% of the airplay on mediabase but in Taylor's case she has 80% of her mediabase airplay involved in her billboard airplay which would allow her to jump over other people who are higher on mediabase. Next week she should be back to a normal ratio between billboard and mediabase.

I doubt it she'll lose the radio deal airplay so it will be closer to a normal translation of airplay from mediabase to billboard.

I don't know what she could release on Oct 13 though; it's a Saturday, so it'd be a dumb day to debut a promo single... The music video and tracklist will be out by then.
