When it comes to radio, yeah. But PITUSA peaked at no. 2 thoughh. And Here We Go Again (song) peaked higher than this. But still. Can't believe it will explode on the radio like that.

I think it means: she doesn't want to break the guy's heart, she wants to give his heart a break from heartbreak, So she is asking for his trust, "When will you realize. Baby, I'm not like the rest" well that is my interpretation of it.. it makes sense if you look at the first lines.. The day I first met you. You told me you'd never fall in love. But now that I get you. I know fear is what it really was.

I don't think that the chorus means this.

She doesn't want to break his heart, she wants to take his heart a break ( make him fall in love). The song is about overcome together the fear of being in love, not about a break-up.
