Rihanna and Ke$ha's albums this Fall will still pump out singles into next year. Beyonce and Lady GaGa will be releasing next year (just as they did with Britney in 2011), then Katy Perry's new album (which she has already been working on) - could very well be out next year. Avril is releasing music next year. Dev is returning next year. Mariah Carey's new album will be out next year. P!nk's album this year will still pump out singles into next year. 2013 is going to be a VERY crowded year for females in pop again.

So true. will.i.am isn't bad. His BEP productions are always hot. His work with the *****cat Dolls was really good.....he's just so hit or miss...so hopefully after giving Britney a 'Miss' - this new track will be hot hot hot!

It's not that bad. She still managed to get her biggest radio hits last era. And if she promotes her singles next era, her digital sales will increase by a lot as well. She doesn't really have much competition. If Britney actually put effort into the FF era and actually seemed like she was interested, she would probably get BTW's success or a little less.

I agree, it's just frustrating. If she's gonna be lazy - at least choose a down year to do so.
