I'm excited to see the perfume do well however I am afraid of it being successful and then a well known brand/company come and try to copy the FAME technology and become more successful than FAME simply because of the name.

I heard the patent is pending for the technology. Today on the news there was this bust of thousands of pairs of shoes made in China with red soles and the Chinese company might be sued. My stepmother told me that last year Loubouton(?) patented or trandmarked their red sole and so thats why the company would be sued. All of that is to say that I know it may sound petty but trandmarking/patenting the black perfume may not be a bad idea.

These things are unavoidable, everything new that meets great success always gets recreated at some way. *Shameless Promotion coming up* Look at my Create A Label thread, it was so successful that there are 2 new create a ______ threads in the games section now . People are interested in what's new and innovative and trendy atm and as to be a successful business you must relate and cope with what's hot and buzzing.

It's bound to happen someday or another. But It's a good thing for her to slay here and in the now, I doubt it'll get patented by someone else and she'll be sued. It's really brand new technology. So they'll prob patent it super quickly.

Can we discuss how LittleMonsters.com is actually the worst site on the Internet? It's a psychological mess. The site was created for fans to share and discuss music and art, but it's evolved into a disorganized religion with Gaga as the God and her family as her disciples. It's a cult and the younger and more illiterate members are beginning to lose touch with reality. SOS Gaga, you need to send half of this fan base to a therapist because they're ruining it for the older fans.

If you don't like LM.com, don't go on it.

What you have to understand is that some of these people look up to Gaga like that because they don't have anyone else. Not every kid in the world has a mom or a dad, or are close to the parents they do have. Sometimes these kids just need someone like Gaga in their life to make them happy. To those of us who have great relationships with the parents we have, it's weird, but we can't live in a li'l bubble where we think everyone has a life just like ours. It's annoying, yes, but I don't let it bother me because it makes those kids happy. Calling her "mommy" and Taylor "daddy" does not harm you in any way, so what's the big deal?
