No, she didn't. Her Hermes comment was her way of saying "look it up". Everyone just assumed it was real without doing research. A li'l bit of research would have told people it was high pile fur.
So where is the proof that it is actually fake fur? Personally, I want it to be real. I wish she would just believe that there is nothing wrong with wearing real fur.
