I guess all we can do is wait, this was quite unexpected and after listening to the song more i am bobbing my head side to side lol. When is the video? i could have sworn someone here said something about a video.

edit Damn, it's really moving up the charts, congrats to her despite my personal feelings on the song i am glad she is getting another #1 hit. Must feel good.

She is still on a country label so...

What I'm thinking is that Taylor has the heart of a songwriter, she will dabble in different genres but she will keep her songs guitar and occasionally piano driven with plenty of soul and heart and that is why I'm a fan.

I don't love country music, I love relate-able honest music and that is what Taylor unwaveringly gives me. I see her slowly headed down the Carly Simon/Joni Mitchell path musically.

I love that she didn't make her fans wait either, we had nothing and then within a day we have loads of information and a new song. She is so good to her fans. I feel like this is going to be her best album yet, at least for me.

Yep it was frustrating but Team Swift seems to be on the ball this era. I am excited for the album.

There is only a lyric video so far they released to help with streaming points. The real video may come within three weeks.

That's why I said i had no idea where she is headed. The next single could be the most country thing she has done or it could head in another totally unexpected direction. I agree with everything you said about her music. it is why i am a fan.
