I dunno, i truly think Woo Hoo was recorded for this album, because remember that black guy that was talking about doing a song with Ke$ha and having to give it away then his name came up the production team. I mean it was good enough to be a lead single, it was something new, fresh, summer and catchy as hell, maybe they were planning that for a release in May and June and they found out it got out so they quickly scrapped it and got paranoid so they scrapped any song they thought might of gotten out, either way its a shame.
I can't believe that she put Feels Like Rain on the album as a bonus track.
