You can still ask questions, just not face to face in the google hangout. Good luck getting anyone to see them though with how fast the feeds will be moving. I'm sure Taylor has a list of things she has to talk about and pre-determined album questions to answer (like in the Speak Now Live Chat BTS video, you can see her reading from a list with yellow highlights she has placed on her keyboard while the chat is going ham on the side, lol. Later on in the BTS video you can see the chat has stopped so maybe she stopped it and answered a few from there as well)

It'd be nice if they took people from multiple fan sites. But I am glad they aren't just letting any random in, especially since they gave the entire internet a week's notice.

The Sea Isle property was just a rumour (thankfully, because that house was a total monstrosity).
