My first bet would be: Oct. 22, but November 13 is very possible. She won't wait that long assuming that she knows she won't do well outside Fall release. Keep in mind that Joanne is set to release a new album next year and Adele (possibly) will release the Bond soundtrack end of 2012. She would be crazy to try them.

Here is my theory on what is going to happen:
-Since Mine leaked last year, she's been holding off giving any news to prevent a leak. At the chat she's going to announce that the single will be out the next day and we will get it on Tuesday.
I really think it's possible, especially if it's coming out next week like that guy tweeted.
So, I was thinking, she's doing the livechat Monday the 13th, she could release it to Itunes on the next day, Tuesday to prevent any type of leak and then perform it at the VMAS and then iHeartradio.

I was thinking webchat monday, single right after. gives her largest amount of time for sales and makes sure there's absolutely no chance of a leak.
