I've asked the same thing many times, our co-stans are not here for it
They don't get that there's the new wave of pop-country artists that is smashing atm, Taylor Swift first of all, but also Lady Antebellum, and lately Carrie Underwood that is definitely moving into a more mainstream sound.
But yes i'd be here for it, and i think the Queen could pull it off, she's proved many times that she can do it all and slaying while doing so
it's not kelly clarkson's genre either, yet she's experimenting with country sounds.
