I think a part of what's always bugged me about this song is tantamount to what's always bugged me about the way Parlophone's treated Kylie - never as a BIG star, but always expecting results that big stars get. After Fever, every producer/writer in the world should have been available at the time, and yet she sings something that sounds like Most Girls, Survivor and Cry Me a River were thrown in a blender together. They SHOULD have gotten Timbaland to produce this; he was going cheap in 2002/2003. Shameful.
BTW: If Z100 had jumped on this the way KISS FM did, this would have been an American hit.
Wow is a total guilty pleasure song, and I understand loving it, but I can't believe it has had the most 10s so far. All the other tracks that went out today are arguably better.
And FINALLY Timebomb is out... it's good.... but....
And omg, I liked Red Blooded Woman a lot, it is one of the most instant tracks on Body Language and doesn't stick with you as much as the rest of the tracks. I still gave it a 9 though. Timbaland would have been better though.
Put Yourself in My Place:
Out too soon. Provokes a bigger emotional response from me than any other song in Kylie's discography. A perfect slice of melancholy.
I Should Be So Lucky:
I'm so happy you linked to the Spitting Image parody. Kylie in puppetized form can only be described as terrifying. How has it not been GIFed to death?
Wow:
An inoffensive pop tune with some really killer production. That's what provoked the 10.
Timebomb:
This bomb sorta implodes on itself by the 5th or 6th listen. Decidedly less amazing than it was 2 months ago. Shouldn't have escaped the 40s.
Red Blooded Woman:

I just scoured the internet for a proper Dannii gif to portray my breakdown but she's so irrelevant that there aren't any.
I found this though :
For real though, these past two days have been rough on me in terms of rates. First Long Live barely cracking the top 40 in the 2010 rate and now RBW (my #1), ISBSL (my #6) and PYIMP (my #3) all wiped out.
THANK GOD Wow and Timebomb are gone though. And how are we still only in he 8.4's?
Two of Kylie's best singles, shot down by heathens.
Chocolate was not a song fans were clamoring for upon release (most fans wanted Secret, shame on them) and its charting positions reflected that. By this point in the life of Body Language, Kylie was all loved up and stopped promoting; the song became her first in three years to miss the Australian top ten. Now smart fans love its silken beauty, and its right on referencing of late 80s R&B. Originally, this was meant to have a rap by Ludacris in the space of the middle eight; the version featuring him can be found if you really look for it.
Breathe, co-written by Kylie with Dave Ball and Ingo Vauk, was the last "official" release from Impossible Princess. Fitting that it's IP's last song in the rate then.
