This is what wiki offers. I know it's not 100% reliable, but almost every site agrees on the top 4 and Britney is not in it.
1) Madonna : +300 million records
2) Mariah : +200 million records
3) Céline : +200 million records
4) Whitney : +170 million records
5) Barbra : +140 million records
6) Britney : +100 million records
Britney's numbers should be around 110M now. But still not close to the top 4.
And don't get me started on Céline being left out of the list and ignored by almost everyone except one poster so far.
