They really need to kick it into overdrive so she can be added as a performer. I think they have a single in mind so they should have it come out a bit before the vmas and then she can go and perform it.
whats the problem of havin more than 3 artist from the same label to release music the same time?
I guess because the general public won't have enough spare money to buy all 3 artists' singles and album at the same time even if they wanted. So 3 artists on the same label releasing music at the same time means less money for the label than they could earn if they stretch it out.

I think it's down to the promo side of it. they want to concentrate on one at a time .. put all their effort into one girl, it would probably pay off better too. and they wouldn't want two or more from the same label to be fighting each other on the charts.
