Songs like Some Nights / Whistle that pass WA now on sales aren't even big competitors. They lag a margin on radio and streaming. You guys should stop being discouraged. Besides, it's just the first negative update we get so far, we can't even be sure if it's peaking. Who knows it might get a great update later? Don't give up yet until the war is over.
Who gives a **** about what the public says. It's the #1 that's important. Besides, they'll only say something bad if she collaborates with someone who's a goner or a flop.

How did this flop? This exceeded everyone's expectations.
She had a great run. Releasing a ballad in the summer is a HUGE risk, and she managed to pull of a #3 peak, reached her highest radio audience with WA, and is tied currently with Rihanna for that #1 record. I'm really impressed tbh.
