I was there sweetie, there were a few blocks completely emtpy and there was so much space left in the general standing section. Billboard ain't telling the truth. Yeah a few tickets are obviously meant to be given away but not thousand tickets...
Also here's a pic I Took you can clearly see that the general standing places were not sold out,

I don't know if these numbers are real or fake, but a lot of billboard's boxoffice data is false.
For example Madonna's concert in my country 3 years ago:
Parc Izvor - Bucharest - 69,088 / 69,088 (100%) - $4,659,836
I asked the organizers of the concerts about how many tickets have been actually sold at her show only 2 weeks ago, and they told me that in fact only 31.000 tickets have been sold and the Billboard numbers say that she sold 69.000 tickets, which is actually an massive difference.
You can't everytime trust the numbers for a show, you better trust a person which was at the actual show because he will perhaps know better was was the aproximative attendance at the show.
I'm not pressed or something, why would I be? I'm just trying to prove you isn't not alwasy right what billboard published on their website.
Same thing goes for her Sofia date back in 2009, with her S&S Tour, how can 54k people (number reported by billboard) fit into a 43k stadium?

Talking about Vasil Levski stadium in Sofia that holds 43k when there's a match (when the ground is not used) is 43k. Only ACDC had more crowd than Madonna in Vasil Levski, which was 70,000, because they had as twice as small stage.
So if the numbers for Madonna are not real and u subtract what the organizers told you ( you were 12 when the tour happened, IDK who is telling lies now) than subtract those from the other tour numbers and you'll get it more accurate. You have a tour review from MDNA show that I saw. And fro S&S shows that I saw as well, where we didn't have place to move in a 50k+ crowd.

This might be true, but all venues are different. Sometimes a stage can take away 10k seats, and other times it can take away 20k seats depending on how the venue is built. The capacity of a stadium might be 60k, but that's without a stage and with every seat filled. Not every seat is filled with concerts.
Billboard is not falsifying numbers since they simply report the numbers. If it's anyone, it's LiveNation, but I don't think they're falsifying numbers either. They have nothing to gain by doing so.

I'm not sure about her bulgarian show, because I don't live there, but I'm 100% sure about her romanian one, even all people that attended and that talked to me told me that there is no way 69k people attended, not even 40k attended they said, even before I got the official numbers from the organizers.

And for your interest, I didn't speak to a 12 year old kid, I spoke to the EMAGIC Leader in Bucharest, the ones that sold the ticket for the tour. There is no Live Nations here.
