Anyway, to answer the OP - Beyonce has the album sales I guess. But not by much, and she has her first four solo albums matching Britney's four most recent solo albums, which means these sales include Beyonce's rise and peak, with Britney well into her solo career, so that's not that impressive.
Beyonce, since 2003, also has Britney beat in the film category.
Britney, since 2003, ***** on Bey in tour gross and WORLDWIDE success (especially single wise) and overall celebrity, exposure, pop culture impact, etc.
They're both great.
