I don't know when you saw her, but she's had strep recently, so she's been lowering/dodging notes.
That's irrelevant. That's a health thing. She's been showing the ability to hit F5 and above consistently since the beginning of her career, and with great ease and technique more recently. There's indisputable video footage.
I'm not bashing JoJo. She's great. She's just not much of an upper belter like Demi. Demi doesn't have a lower register like JoJo. When weighing everything, it's basically a wash. I would maybe give JoJo the edge for her control and tone.
