It would work but not as the other one , people would be more interested in hearing a collection of Britney covers for a example and then Gaga for the next week and .. etc

To have people interested in your original music you have to get them interested in you first and nothing would be easier than doing covers of Popular music .

I create original music.

I have wrote and created loads of songs (many sadly lost. ) but I'm not majorly good at mixing + my vocal recording equipment really isn't great... I use Singstar Microphones.

Omg for a time I used my Rockband microphone. Those things are horrible for recording tbh
