I've seen enough high people as well, and yes you can see it in their eyes if you know the circumstances they are in (lighting, etc).
This to me doesn't even seem high. If you are referring to her large pupils, then as I said, that is probably the lighting.
The rest seems like make-up to me and not high at all...
I mean, I know she hasn't been doing great at times, but honestly, I personally feel like you are drawing conclusions
way too quickly now...
