So I've just finished watching The Woman In Black erm... tbh I just couldn't get into it at all... I'll give it another go some other time but for now it gets a 5/10 mainly for the last 20 minutes.

The ending was unexpected, but too boring. Kinda dramatic lol. I didn't like the twist. The first hour was full of tension though.

I did. The twist made it boring. I had to stop it one time. I was really enjoying it. But that ending... It's not bad but I wanted something more fierce, you know.

I'm not exepcting much from Playback (it only has a 4/10 rating on IMDB)... not so much from REC 3 either tbh seen as they have changed the style of how it's shot and it's in a different location (however I did enjoy Quarantine 2 and that was at a different location)... but reviews will be up as I finish them... first up is The Woman In Black

OMG, Playback is so messy. It's funny. Just don't expect a true horror movie. I'm glad I watched it, though. There's one song in it I instantly loved.

I think the twist took away all the tension the film built up before it tbh... I still really liked Silent House though. Mary-Kate and Ashley's sister is quite a good actress... did you have to stop it cause you thought it was too scary..?? I know what you mean about the ending though... but I kinda predicted it about 2/3rds into the film

And I'm not expecting much at all from Playback... I havent even watched [REC]3 yet

That's right, before the movie became so... dramatic. It's not a horror movie, after all. Don't expect too much from Playback, but have fun either way.

Oh, 30 Days of Night is playing on TV right now. Such a sick movie.

If I go into the film not expecting much then I may actually find it decent
I love 30 Days Of Night... such a good film
And I love Sorority Row... I've seen it 5 times It's like a horror version of Pretty Little Liars in a way

I love Sorority Row so much. This is probably my 5th time as well.

I don't get why people don't like Sorority Row... it's such a good slasher film... it's like Pretty Little Liars meets Scream (I love both PLL & Scream)

Not expecting much from either of these three movies tbh... Although The Darkest Hour does look really good from the trailer.... despite all the hate for it



Not expecting too much from Vanishing but I expect The Awakening to be really good seen as it has a fairly high score on Rotten Tomatoes. Not expecting a lot from Altitude either seen as it has a 4.9 rating on IMDB



Grave Encounters has a 6.1 rating on IMDB so I expect it to be fairly good... The Entitled also has a 6.1 rating so again I expect it to be fairly good (although this is actually a thriller) The House Of The Devil has a 73/100 rating on Metacritic so I'm expecting big things from this film



Not expecting too much from either of these 3 films... Although Zombies does look funny

Thought it was pretty nice and the twist at the end was good.
It's not gory but has a nice "outback atmosphere"
Also Amber Heard is just

'Vanishing' is OK, not too strong. OMG! 'Grave Encounters' rocks! One of the scariest films ever, believe me! Such a badass movie. :scary: Did you watch 'The Tunnel' (2011)? Same feeling; it's very good too.

Both... but REC 2 follows directly on from REC 1 but Quarantine 2 doesn't follow on from Quarantine 1...

Well, 'The Tunnel' is freaking good, just like 'Grave Encouters'. Both scary as hell! I hope you don't mind documentary-style horror films, recorded by a video camera in a first person point of view. It makes it even worse, in a good way.
