Obviously. But the same could be said for all songs. If Stronger was the only charting song, imagine how many weeks it could spend at #1!
The fact that Stronger hit #1 before WAY was top 10 (were they even charting yet?) speaks volumes. Kelly was #1 (or about to be #1) during the Superbowl, the Superbowl is what helped WAY blow up.
