Off topic but Hunter Hayes is doing really well on iTunes, Wanted is #21 and his album is #37. In my opinion he's like taylor when her debut came out... both young, good looking blonde country singers who play their own instruments & write their own songs. Wanted is like her Teardrops on My Guitar (both slow and kinda their breakthrough song)

Speaking of Hunter Hayes, I'm seeing him in concert today and Saturday. YAS! I hope I get to meet him! It's only small fair shows, but I'm still excited. I hope he'll autograph my CD.

He's superior to her as far as the instruments are concerned, and perhaps vocally. She definitely trumps him with the lyrics though.

His debut album is a very solid effort, perhaps the best country debut since Taylor herself. He'll go far, I hope. The roughly 50 dates opening for Carrie Underwood should help.

Is his debut really that good? I was thinking about getting it, I have wanted, storm warning and somebodys heartbreak, I like them but Im not too sure

I really like it. Everybody's Got Somebody But Me and More Than I Should both have really witty lyrics, If I Told You To was cowritten by Liz Rose (Taylor's frequent cowriter), and Faith To Fall Back On is my personal favorite. Rainy Season is like a sequel to Storm Warning in a way.

My only real problem with the album, and I feel weird saying this as a Taylor Swift fan , is that literally every song is a love song. I hope for a bit more diversity on the follow up.
