Its true. But its ok. All popstars bite off of someone. Even Gaga copies the hell out of Dale Bozzio of Missing Persons. Gaga was just smart enough to not bite off of someone who was mainstream. People still are fooled into thinking she copies Madonna. LOL no she doesnt.
Even Michael Jackson bit the hell out of Sammy Davis, Jr.,James Brown, and the moonwalk came from Jeffrey Daniel of Shalamar not Michael and the bassline for Billie Jean was bit off of Hall&Oates I Cant Go for That.
Everything popularized by mainstream pop stars really came from underground artists first.
All popstars copy, some more than others. The thing is if you're going to copy, at least perfect it. Madonna perfected, Michael perfected, Gaga perfected. Nicki is doing it worse than Kim. At least people in high fashion actually adore Kim and Gaga. Nicki? Not so much. She looks like a Party City scarecrow 90% of the time. She is a Fisher Price fashionista.
