GYHAB is still doing well on pop radio and it's doing okay digitally
I'm positive she will perform it at the TCAs, but i'm not sure if it can push her in the top 10.
Remember that the TCAs aren't HUGE either, however it'd be likely to have a bigger effect than GMA since it's mostly teens watching.
I also think GYHAB will have a lot of longevity. It might even be used 1-2 times on X Factor, and since it's commercially her most successful single, the people will connect it to her more after X Factor.
