There isn't enough room? There aren't really any standout albums this year.
Florence would be lucky to get a nomination. Her buzz faded long ago. The BRP hasn't been kind to veterans in recent years, so I have my doubts that Bruce will be even a factor. Fiona has never been a Grammy favorite, and even if she manages to get a nomination, I don't see how she would affect Frank - an R&B act - from getting in. And who else is there?
Frank has gotten an overwhelmingly positive reaction just in the last few months of eligibility. He could definitely be a factor in AOTY, but that's if he keeps momentum going. I'm sure Def Jam is drooling over all this hype he is getting.
