she has sex appeal, but even then that's all people think she is, just eye candy. no one takes her seriously enough, especially for a documentary about going through a bad break up and moving on with her life, which has been done countless times before. there are multiple reasons why the movie isn't doing well.

This. I'm not too concerned over box office numbers especially since the film got positive reviews. I'm more happy about the numbers she's putting up with her music right now. While I doubt this is Katy's last venture into film, when its all said and done people will remember her for her music, which she's doing amazing with right now. Let's focus on getting WA to #1 and have fun the with meltdowns when those VMA nominations come out
