Do you know Rihanna's Where Have You Been original break? LMFAO's Party bla bla? It's a beat very different from that, but it is included in that way, the "La La La La La", it's the break very nice and fun!
I'd say it sounds more electro, not dubstep at all and as for the latin, it depends on the perspective.
It starts with la La la la la la and then the verse, chorus, verse, chorus, bridge, chorus. I love the ending of the break it like "Dance floor dance floor dance dance d-d-d-d--d-d-d-d-a-a-a-a-a-ncefloor" *stops* "LA LA LA LA LA LA"
