I'm so glad I have a job and I'm too young to pay bills, I have money to blow on iTunes whenever.
I won't be getting shipped off to prison for breaking those multiple warnings you get. (Really why more than one? )
I understand this is mainly for media, but isn't everything (essentially) already copyrighted anyways?
Besides, "download" is a very vague term... A lot of copyrighted images (pictures and logos from websites) are copyrighted work and they get saved in the cache of your browser... So do files that are streamed.
This is just ridiculous. I also understand that internet piracy is a huge issue but it's really the only other side to the coin of having a world connected wirelessly via personal mobile devices and electronics.
They want use to believe that they'll be spying on us, thus prompting most people to quit illegally download movies/music/programs and/or start legally purchasing movies/music/programs. It's just like what happened with all of those file sharing websites earlier this year, after they shut down a couple of the major ones, which led to many other shutting down out of fear of lawsuits and arrests.
