But Justin could've sold more considering he had an Amazon deal too, he had EXTREME promotion just like Born This Way did, he had a lot of promotional singles, he was on TV, had a smash hit, Justin Bieber was everywhere and his fanbase seemed strong and loyal enough to at least make him have sales of over 500k
My point is, that if Gaga could sell 600k with 1 tweet to the album, Justin could have at least got somewhere near with all the tweets, his bio and his background.

I also don't see anymore POP radio hits left from Believe, I may be wrong tho because they could still use payola, but these are great news anyway.
