+1 Tik Tok was making a cultural impact. Which is why Blah Blah Blah went #1. Too bad she didn't have another song that was on par with Tik Tok (at least in the public's eye) to continue the success.
The general public are generally much heavier consumers of singles. Unless you're interested in music, most people probably don't even know that song exists. The fans are the ones that buy the albums and know all the tracks.
It's her most under rated song.
