Well this is gonna suck for me and millions of other people. But I'm also here to see what impact this will have for music and movies. Spotify boost anyone?
So what exactly does this do? Watch every single thing you do once you open your browser,or everything you do on tha computer period with an internet connection?

your ISP already tracks everything you do/download off the internet and some people have already been caught and/or have had their internet connection cut off for a period of time (a day or so) for illegally downloading large files.
This just means they will be watching us more intently & are tracking down people illegally downloading and telling them to stop or face consequences.
I'm still upset about this. Not because I'm a tightwad and don't want to spend money on albums, but I like a lot of K-Pop and foreign musicians. I would be killed if I shipped an EP with 5 songs across the world and some, I can't even buy! How will I be able to obtain this music?
This already happened to me weeks ago. I downloaded a Pokemon White rom () and my ISP suspended my internet for the whole day.
lol oh my goodness.
So they spend all this time and money to stop people downloading music/videos/games, but allow sick people to stream/watch/download/contribute to child ****ography and online terrorism.
