Katy is sort or similar to Ke$ha in the way that she's just there, nothing special Except Katys music does better in the charts than K$
I don't keep up to date with what people think of Bey tho so I couldn't really take a guess at what people here think of her. Most of her singles do pretty well tho and are played often on the radio

We Brits prefer British people rather than the Americans in general and obviously I don't speak for the entire UK

Yes Rihanna is without a doubt the biggest female singer in the UK... she has been for the last few years and I love it I think Lady GaGa is dying down a bit atm in the uk, Katy seems to do ok and atm I'd say either Britney or Bey are the least popular girls right now.

@SOTDH, because you're probably lurking: imo you're not ALWAYS negative (obviously). But you're such a Debbie Downer, you very often have something to criticize about other people's posts and opinions or emphasize on the negative aspect of things instead of more positive ones.
