Exactly. While she's touring she can do most of the writing and record periodically over the weekends.
In the fall she can easily take 2 days/the weekends again to record, while focusing on writing and the contestants during the week.
This. Most artist say that their best work comes from touring or when they are busy. I'm not a writer but I could imagine being a bit difficult to write a song if you're not doing much
Recording on the weekends is not overworking. In fact, for most artists that is their most relaxing time, when they're in the studio.
I'm pretty sure she meant all the acting stuff and promotional tours for her shows when she talked about overworking before.
And who knows how much writing shes done already. For all we know she could have had 30 songs written already and all she needs are to choose, produce, and record
maybe she already wrote a lot songs, but she doesn't record them yet , i mean i remember when she tweeted that she wrote her first country song in new years eve
You guys aren't realizing, she's literally going from tour straight into X Factor for 3 days then a couple days off, then back on tour with a similar cycle. Plus the promotional stops for X Factor, the Teen Awards show promotion + concert festivals. Then August she'll do more X Factor with MINIMAL spare time/break. If she does release a lead single, then she probably won't have the album completely finished. I can see her recording a few smashes for a lead single, but not an entire album.
