She was very short, yes. Much shorter than the other auditions we've heard from.
It was an off night though. They let one 15 year old bitch sing three different songs because they weren't sure about her. She looked like that Zendaya chick and had about as much stage presence as a snail does, but they thought she was marketable despite her butchering the songs & let her go through.
On the other hand, a talented man who is living at home at the age of 23, SLAYED his audition. He sang on pitch, moved around and everything. Yet it was getting late & the judges were restless so they let him go with a simple "4 No's" and no critiques.
I was livid & so was the audience. It is painfully clear what they're looking for.
She said "You start off strong but then completely lose it in the middle" or something to that extent.
