It's probably not inflated at all, people just don't want to believe how hard Gaga is slaying.

And those 1.5M are included in the 13.4M Mediatraffic reported until the album left the charts. I read somewhere it had sold 14M by January 2012 and I believe it. Probably 14.3 - 14.5M by now which is amazing, but 16M - 16.5M? I know monsters are dying to see the day when they'll be able to say GaGa's debuts beats Baby One More Time, but that will never happen.

However, I know mediatraffic doesn't include several countries, but I mean 2.6M? You're exagerating. I would say the album has sold 14M at most, which is amazing. But then I remember these are the sales from two different releases.
Call me when she has an album with 15M legimitame with no re-release like Britney, Usher and Christina did back in their prime. I know these bitches don't sale the way they used to, but they never needed this kind of **** to do it.
|
So now we see why you're so upset. Did you sign up just to post this? Call us when Britney, Xtina, and Usher have tours that gross over $200,000,000.

What are you even talking about? The total of 13.4m/16m counts TF + TFM, but buying the deluxe edition does not count as one of each. Anywhere.
Plus, over a full year of release time unaccounted for as well as the lack of countries makes 2.6m easily believable.
And finally, nobody is selling like it's 2001 except Adele and that's because pretentious people who think "music today sucks" (or rather music they don't already like sucks) are using her as an example of what music "should be like" today. Gaga couldn't pull 16m with one release no matter what, the best she would do is about 11m, and I guarantee no other pop star could sell like her right now.

Your argument is "I read it somewhere".
Just ignore this troll, you guys. People have been trying to bring the Queen down since 2008 but it has never worked.

Oh, I see you edited. Then, call me when GaGa exceeds this:
The Circus Starring Your Queen Spears = 132,000,000 = $1,360,000 per show
Back to Basics = 77 dates, 90,000,000 = $1,168,000 per show
Monster Ball = 201 dates, 225,000,000 = $1,119,000 per show
Grandma monster needs to do +200 shows to get them big numbers, while others do half the number of dates and get more money per show.

Oh and on The Express Yourself Ball,
The Born This Way Ball @ London:
Twickenham Stadium (80k Capacity)
80k x 2 (Shows) = 160k
The Circus Starring Mary the Virgin Spears @ London:
The O2 Arena (20k Capacity)
20k x 8 (Shows) = 160k
Gaga is just doing less shows with bigger venues, another gimmick to get them big numbers.

Its her debut tour though
Circus and Back to Basics tour both happen when Xtina and Brit are 7-8 years in the Game while The Monster Ball happened when Gaga is just 2 years in the business.

Of course, if she's doing 80K capacity shows instead of doing 20k capacity shows (like the rest of the world).
Less shows in bigger venues = more $$$ per show.
Maths class must've been hard times back in the day, right sis?

Or maybe it's because there's demand?
The tour's going to be a minimum of 110 dates, that's not "less shows" than usual tours, but keeep trying.

No, my AP Mathematics courses have all been easy - I have straight A's. I know Gaga's numbers and the reasons behind them.
