I'm not sure but AFAIK, Hong Kong also had 9x Platinum for Fearless. Although i'm quite not sure. That's what i remember when they announced this during the end of her Asian tour although i can't find any source now. I must've confused it with the Philippines.
So, Taylor received 10x platinum certifications from Hong Kong and Philippines. Because I don't see the other being acknowledged here.
