I need to see some evolution on the next album. I think the next album will be more impressive vocally, but it will be the third album where they really start experimenting with new sounds.
I don't mind, though. The first two albums in an artist's career are usually an artist just finding their niche. The third is when people start to experiment and take more risks.

It's the new Britney folding her hands gif.
I see you using Rihanna as your hidden example.
But she really is a good example. Hopefully people will take them as more than just a "boyband" by album 3.
I noticed. Y'all were mentioning "doing it" quite a lot near the end.
Be safe.
I wouldn't, not with him anyway. There are more important people I'd "do it" with.

The second album might not be as good which is what I'm worried about. A lot of the time with major artists, it's a rush to get the second album out and sometimes it shows in the music. . But I agree they should take some risks at some point.

Rihanna crossed my mind while typing, but I was actually thinking about Nicki when I was writing that. Which isn't the best example, I suppose, but she still used her first two albums to explore all different sides of hip-hop, rap, and pop.
But enough about Nicki. I agree, I want 1D to be more than just a regular boy band. We all know they have potential and that beyond the music they aren't the "clean cut" guys people perceive them to be. I'd be disappointed if album #3 didn't experiment very much.
And I am expecting some great vocal experimentation by all of the guys on this next album. That's all I want; vocal experimentation and evolution.
Maybe he will combine them all and make it 'My Believe World'
I MISSED THE STREAM. It says offline.
And by "y'all" I assume you mean Niall and his right hand.
He's gonna make love to Josh, the drummer. Dating within' the band. Niall lives on the edge.

Dragging your own hand?
As I said Rihanna is a great example of what could happen. They might have a sophomore slump. (hope not, though)
But then again, Rihanna wasn't as big as a hit at the time of her arrival. So I don't really know actually, I think that even if the album is less-than-stellar, it will still be a hit. They'll just have to improve greatly for album 3.

Ofcourse not
And I see what you're saying. But I was thinking that they probably have a big enough fanbase that they won't have a sophomore slump, but we'll need to wait and see.

Wait, nevermind, I was gonna ask something but this isn't dirty talk.

I don't see how 1D could go in so many new directions as she did though. The only thing that's different is that her lyrical prowess went down, but I don't see how 1D's could tbh. No shade, but if it went down from here, it'd be REALLY bad
I don't see how they can really evolve from this point without focusing on more mature topics, which I don't think is what they'll do, nor do I think it's the best thing to do at this point either.
