That ProjectGaga blog is a fraud. The stuff they used to leak was stuff that people had but wasn't distributed on a large level. Please do not take them seriously.
I don't think it's a coincidence that they moved the VMAs to the sixth. I mean, with Gaga partnering with Viacom, which owns MTV, I can see them moving the date specifically for her. However, I do not think she will attend. Maybe she will record something or go live via satellite to announce something or accept an award. I also believe we might see a perfume commercial during one of the commercial breaks and we can expect a single announcement around that time. Every year, there is something big MTV hypes up and what could be bigger than a "SPECIAL ANNOUNCEMENT FROM LADY GAGA!"
