So, back in time is an example of a true sleeper hit because it was not expected to do well, but it grew on people.

I kinda knew that it would pick up closer to the movie's premiere though. Soundtrack singles tend to do that. "It Will Rain" by Bruno Mars wasn't exactly smashing until Breaking Dawn, Part 1 came out in theatres...

Lovely3000, Lights is the true underdog here, k. It was released over a year ago and now it's finally blowing up. Back In Time was released few months ago for the film. Besides Lights only has two formats playing it, Pop and Hot AC.
