Yes, not the big ones. But Paris Hilton, Scott Disick, and many others do. Ashton Kutcher did at first. You could not unfollow him.
You will notice that on your twitter account you could unfollow all of the people in your list, but you might still be following 1 or 2 people depending on when you made your account (I have been on twitter since 2007). But you will not be able to see who those people are or unfollow them. I have 2 on mine, probably Ashton Kutcher still and Kim Kardashian. But I cannot see them or unfollow them.
