That's what you want to hear, but promotion would not have saved this album. Getting rid of "Scream", "Numb" or "Euphoria" and replacing them with progressive R&B tracks like "Climax" would.
You can't seriously think that getting rid of the pop songs would help this album sell better, if anything those songs will end up saving this era.
Why are you speaking in past tense? As if the era is already over? This is the first week of release (plus these 1st week numbers aren't official). With the BET Awards, the VMA's & other promotional avenues still out there, I say he sales platinum by the end of the year.
Lemme See is picking up at Urban & there is a chance that one of the dance songs on the album will smash.

People here live for the Pop tracks on this album, but they're the worst IMHO. I don't care for "Euphoria" or "Numb".
